WALMART CONTINUES TO COME IN DEAD LAST IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

New survey lists Walmart as lowest-scoring traditional retail brand

Washington, DC — A recently released survey from Forrester Research, which included of 122,500 U.S. adult consumers across a range of industries, shows retailing giant Walmart dead last in regards to customer experience. It was the lowest-scoring traditional retail brand. In response, Making Change at Walmart (MCAW) released the following statement:

“This new survey confirms that despite Walmart’s claims of putting customers first, they continue to come in last with the American public, said Jess Levin, communications director for MCAW.

“Workers tell us every day about erratic schedules, understaffed stores and low wages. This translates into a negative in-store experience for Walmart’s customers. America’s largest retailer should be ashamed, and we will keep fighting to give workers real, meaningful change.”
